Some of the notable alumni of Fanshawe College are: Paul Haggis - screenwriter, producer and director; Emm Gryner -  singer-songwriter and actress; Cheryl Hickey - host of ET Canada; Trevor Morris - orchestral composer and music producer; Caroline Cameron - television sportscaster; Les Stroud - musician, filmmaker, and survival expert; David Willsie - Paralympic athlete; Damian Warner -  Gold medal decathlete in 2020.
