• Maureen McGuire (BA, 1975): Former president and CEO of the American Red Cross (2008-2012).
• Domantas Sabonis: Basketball player. Sabonis plays power forward for the Sacramento Kings. He was drafted by the Oklahoma City Thunder with the sixth overall pick in the 2016 NBA draft.
• Karlene Hoo (JD, 1992): United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Washington (2019-present).
• Annmarie Caño (BA, 1993): President and CEO of the Hispanic National Bar Association (2020-present).
• Charlita Shelton (BA, 1997): Senior vice president of government affairs and public policy at Avista Corporation (2019-present).
• Sherman Alexie: Writer and filmmaker. Alexie is a Spokane Indian author who has written novels, short stories, poetry, and screenplays. His work often deals with Native American culture and identity.
