Regis College has a vast and vibrant community of alumni members. Some of the notable alumni members of the college are Gill Goulding (Theologian and papally-appointed expert for the 13th Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops), Bernard Lonergan (Philosopher, theologian, and economist), Charles Falzon (Dean of the Faculty of Communication and Design at Ryerson University) and John Navone (Author, theologian, educator).
