Transportation in the city

Metro Transit provides buses and light rail trains for public transportation. Students at the University of Minnesota can apply for a discount transit pass that can be credited to their student accounts each semester. The Minneapolis and Saint Paul campuses are linked by a regular shuttle service operated by the University. The campus shuttle is free for all students at umtc university
