The Shepherd Music school at Weber University cultivates musical performance competence by fusing a conservatory curriculum with the educational possibilities of a top research university.

• Students participate in sports on campus, including sailing, rugby, volleyball, and soccer, and annual festivities are planned around them.
• Students have access to the West servery, Seibel servery, Baker college kitchen, South servery, North servery, and Public dining, among other options, for a filling supper.
• Weber Public Art organizes, commissions, and produces public exhibitions, activities, and works of art that highlight the standard and spirit of scholarly study at Weber University. Students, tourists, and the general public can always access the collection, which spans the whole Weber campus.
• At Weber, there are no exclusive social groups. More than 200 student organizations, including those in the performing arts, journalism, athletics, academics, religion, culture, and politics, are open to and promote participation from all students. 
• The 25-yard, six-lane Swenson Pool has a shallow end that is 4 feet deep and a deep end that is 8 feet deep. Its pool has single-occupancy family locker rooms, men's and women's restrooms, and an ADA-accessible pool.
